These are the parts of the overall Croatian tourist offer in which Chinese tourists show the greatest interest. The exhibition contains 38 photographs, and was realized by the HTZ Representative Office in China, which on this occasion, for numerous visitors, also held several special presentations of the Croatian tourist offer in the same space.
"For this exhibition, we have prepared photos from 10 Croatian tourist clusters, which also contain details about the locations, as well as QR codes for additional promotion via social networks. The photos are displayed on LED screens and are exhibited inside the lower dome of the tower, where the turnover of visitors is very high. Namely, according to official data, the average daily number of visitors to the tower is around 50,000 people, so this exhibition represents an excellent additional promotion of Croatian tourism on the large and important Chinese market", said Franka Gulin, director of the HTZ Representative Office in China, stressing that Croatia in Chinese on the market, it occupies the position of an attractive and very attractive destination for the Chinese.
Also, during the exhibition in front of the tower itself, the Shanghai spring fair "Spring Fair" was held, where the many visitors of this three-day event were given appropriate Croatian souvenirs, and visitors had the opportunity to taste and buy Croatian wines and other indigenous Croatian products.
In addition, Croatia was awarded by the readers of the popular Chinese edition of Voyage magazine as one of the destinations with the best offer of cultural tourism, and it is interesting that the voting for the awards lasted from December 2023 with an appropriate campaign on the aforementioned magazine's social networks.
In the coming period, special business presentations will be held on the Chinese market for the largest agencies in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chongqing, and Croatia will be represented at the large tourist fair ITB China, which will also be held in mid-May in Shanghai.
